Joaquim Adrià Pujol is a Los Angeles–based cinematographer, director, and fine art photographer whose work spans documentary, narrative film, and commercial storytelling. A graduate of the Brooks Institute of Film (Class of 2017), he has developed a visually distinctive style marked by emotional depth, atmospheric realism, and strong character-focused compositions.

As a cinematographer, Pujol has worked on significant documentary projects, including Kiss the Ground and the acclaimed follow-up Common Ground, which won an award at the Tribeca Film Festival and features appearances from Jason Momoa. He is currently completing GroundSwell, a major upcoming documentary slated to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in 2026. His work in documentary cinema has positioned him as a rising voice in films that blend environmental themes with cinematic storytelling.

In addition to his documentary achievements, Pujol is also active in narrative filmmaking, shooting short films, music videos, and branded content that highlight his versatility behind the camera. As a director, he brings a poetic, introspective approach to visual storytelling, drawing on his background in fine art photography. His experimental photographic work, which blends analog and digital techniques, collage, and material manipulation, has informed the textured, immersive quality of his filmmaking.
